Review your contract carefully to be sure you want to switch power providers. Keep in mind that you have three business days to cancel your order if you change your mind.
Your new electricity service will begin with no interruptions. You don’t have to worry about any downtime in your electricity service, and service reliability is not affected by which provider you choose. Remember, each provider is selling the same electricity! Once you choose your new plan, it takes about seven business days for your switch to go into effect.
