You can also reach our monitoring and support team in an emergency day or night with the touch of a button from your Vivint Smart Hub.
While it is possible to monitor your Vivint system on your own, optimal system performance (and access to the Vivint app) requires enrollment in a month-to-month Vivint monitoring agreement. Without professional monitoring, your system will not connect with Vivint's monitoring station or first responders in the event of an emergency.
