Thank you for enrolling in one of our affordable Texas electricity plans. You will receive an email with your service start date, and shortly thereafter, you will receive your
first statement.
We’re focused on one thing and one thing only — providing you with affordable electricity. Now that you’re a customer, you’ll also have access to a comprehensive suite of benefits
and services.
As a new customer, we encourage you to browse our convenient suite of tools and services that you can easily use to monitor and manage your plan.
Your bill will come straight from us. You can either choose to receive it by mail or enroll in Paperless Billing to get your bill through email. Log into My Account to sign up.
With Discount Power, you can pay your bill through the Discount Power app, online by registering for My Account or by phone at 1-877-455-4674. You can also sign up for Automatic Payment to pay your monthly bill automatically from your bank or credit card – so you never miss a payment. Log into My Account to sign up!
If you’re moving, you can transfer your service to a new address as long as we provide service to that area. Just enter your ZIP code here to see which plans are available at your new address. When you transfer service, we’ll help you make sure your service is never interrupted.
